Returns, Damages and Repairs

Returns:

If you would like to return an item or order, please do so within 14 days of receiving it. All items must be new, in unworn original conditional. All items must be returned without price tags or stickers on the cards.

Please ship in the original box and bubble wrap to insure safe arrival. All items must be insured and tracked for shipping.

Refunds will be given for the cost of the item(s) after they arrive back, minus the shipping cost.

Damages:

Please contact me immediately if there is any damage to your order when it is delivered. Photos and documentation are necessary for insurance purposes.

To be/remain an A Pocket of Posies reseller, you must sell direct to your consumer. For all online sales, websites must be owned & operated by your company. Selling A Pocket of Posies in the following ways is prohibited: Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.), drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc), classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), as well as selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers.
