All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being received (excluding weekends and holidays).
All items are packaged in small gift boxes and bubble mailers to ensure every item reaches its destination safely.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post Airmail.

CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTY: All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of buyer. These fees can be quite high in some countries especially on packages arriving in the UK.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost will be calculated when orders are placed. If shipping paid is higher than actual cost of shipping, you will receive a refund once the order is shipped.

Returns
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us to arrange returns and to receive instruction for the return.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Ship back the item within 21 days of delivery
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in the original gift box and protective packaging to ensure that the item arrives back in new/unworn condition. If the item is not returned in its original new condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss of value.
