Shipping

Shipping Method

Your order will be shipped by Canada Post from Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada

We will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner. Our typical processing time year round is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, not including Holidays). Orders placed during special events or during certain times of the year may experience longer processing times due to the volume of orders. Due to insurance requirements, some orders may require a Signature in order to be covered by insurance.

All items are packaged in small gift boxes to ensure every item reaches its destination safely. Please let me know if you prefer not to have your items shipped in these little boxes.  

All orders are shipped by Canada Post and there are shipping upgrades available at checkout.

Within Canada	Oversized Letter mail - NO Tracking - est 8 to 12 business days Expedited Parcel - with Tracking - est 7-9 business days Express Post - with Tracking - est 3-6 business days
USA	7 to 10 business days
Other International	10 – 20 business days (shipping information will be sent with the order confirmation)

CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTY: All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of buyer. These fees can be quite high in some countries especially on packages arriving in the UK.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us to arrange returns and to receive instruction for the return.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Ship back the item within 21 days of delivery

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in the original gift box and protective packaging to ensure that the item arrives back in new/unworn condition.  If the item is not returned in its original new condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss of value.
